After considerable precious time spent on your viewing a potential job and preliminary communications, you've failed to quote, failed to answer neither the phone calls, answer-phone nor the email.
Now you're asking new customers to 'get in touch'?
Let's hope their time is not precious and they suffer poor customer relations gladly.

Sounds like you had a terrible time of it.
Not like us at all, we pride ourselves in great customer service, we take every customers journey very seriously as we are a small, local business and would hate for anyone to feel as strongly and as negatively as you do about our company.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and I am sorry this wasn't demonstrated to you.

Could we have some honest clarity to the last two postings.
It is easy to trash local businesses on an open forum, but also honest experiences are valid, as a potential person interested in Solar Energy, I like to and do support local firms whenever possible.

We have recently had electrical work done by Soal Solutions.
The workmanship was excellent and customer service was first class.
We are extremely happy with the result of the work carried out by Jamie and his team and would highly recommend Soal Solutions.

We have used Jamie at Soal Solutions a few times now, admittedly not for solar power or EV charging, I can assure anyone that is seeking a high quality and reliable electrican, then you cannot go wrong by appointing Jamie and his team.
