Couch to 5k Group Starting in March in Liphook
Having ran a number of successful Couch to 5k ( C25K ) courses over the last 7 years I will be starting another 10 week course on March 6th
The cost of the course is £50.

With two weeks to go, I’ve still places available if anyone is interested and looking for a challenge of running 5k in 10 weeks.

What times & dates are the sessions & upon what surface will you be running on?
