Morning lovely people. Out of interest anyone else suffering from allergies lately?? Not really had it this time of year and so badly. Wondering if it's pollen or if I need to spring clean my house for third time this week??

Last Sunday I started sneezing and my nose ran like a tap all afternoon - all gone when I got up Monday morning!!! I wondered if something was in the air causing it!

Yes funny old year never suffered before but this year all year on and off hay fever type symptoms. And honey suckle just flowering what a year.

Had a bad one on Sunday night! Nose was so blocked I couldn’t breathe. I usually suffer from allergies throughout the year even with the daily intake of antihistamines, but that night was definitely much worse than others…
