A stupid girl on e scooter on a325 between Bordon and black moor Apple farm at least wearing helmet one good thing I guess what is the law For public roads it’s 60 along that part.

I have done some googling and apparently in Queens speech she set out a bill to change the law on these things but as of now they are still illegal on public roads and footpaths. It will be interesting to see what the new law is regarding these things will be licence, insurance etc
