Seems to be this side of Liphook. We’ve had no power since 11:30am yesterday. It’s chuffing freezing….Current predictions are 11pm tonight for power restored. We shall see….

SSEN map is showing a power cut for all of Liphook at the moment. It is also showing a power cut for GU30 7## postcodes that started at 1.56pm today and is expected to have power restored by 11.00pm. I am currently without power on the Haslemere Road.

We’ve had no power since yesterday morning at the back of the Berg. They hope to have us back on by 11pm on Monday night with a bit of luck. Bless the engineers for working round the clock to get power back; how amazing are they for working in all weathers. 4 days without heat and light is beginning to feel like a bit of a nightmare though. It’s so blinking cold tonight 🥶 But thank goodness for good friends who have fed us and let us use their shower today. One thing is for sure, I’ll definitely appreciate the heat and light when it decides to make an appearance!

Agree Nicky. Our friends have also been incredibly kind during the outage. And like you, it’s made me so much more appreciative of how much electricity contributes to our normal daily lives!
