Yes I was speaking to the builder, they are the same company that own the distillery, it looks great.

Hi,
Has been an eyesore in Liphook for a long time since the Countrywide closure. I understand why it was empty for so long as the building was multi-landlord owned. Therefore an agreement with a new purchaser has been difficult to achieve.
Good luck to the future premises, a combination of different small outlets would work, offering local small business a chance to "show their ware's", including the Gin outlet by the local distillery.
This could bring much needed vibrancy to Liphook, and Station road.

Surly the car park goes with it . The car park on the side was always the car park for countrywide. Hope so if not could be a problem.

Hi
The company red.h have a bar and restaurant on West Street Haselmere. They have also just opened a new one on the High Street Midhurst.
The Liphook premises will be their next place to be worked on and to open.

Hi. Does anyone know if little fish are using the whole building, or is it just advertising on the front?
Is the bar still happening? I hope so…..!
